RUF-NEXS' ANNUAL THANKSGIVING FORMAL IS OUTSTANDING EVENT

A strictly formal affair was the annual Thanksgiving dance given by the members of the Ruf-Nex when they entertained at a dance Wednesday evening in the Community Building. A harvest note was manifest in the appointments, turkeys, and pumpkins decorating the walls, and mistletoe topping the mantle and hung from the chandeliers. The guest book was adorned with a strutting gobbler.

The stage curtain, partially parted, held a huge placard bearing the inscription "Ruf-Nexs", which had a spot light directed on it. Producing a splash of color on the dance floor were the soft color notes of the formal frocks and boutoniers on the dinner coats as they whirled past the tunes played on the nickelodeon.
